Our 100% leather reproductions are a great quality copy of the famous airborne accessory- but it's not uncommon to see troops of all branches wearing these as work gloves.. Originals were made from horsehide, but it is now prohibitively expensive (the price would double). Thus, I have put the word "horsehide" in parentheses. They are leather, not horsehide.
