Reproduction of the mess kits (a.k.a. "meat can") used by the US military from WWII onward. These are aluminum, and pretty close to the issue kits. Their circumference is about the same, but they are about 20% shallower. Originals can be hunted down on ebay of at shows for $20-40, but these are new and clean so it's your choice.
