Reproduction of the US Navy N1 Deck Jackets from WWII- in blue. Yes, there were N1's this color during the War, but their production run was brief as the Navy switch to OD3 very quickly. Originals today are one of the rarest and most expensive of all US uniforms.
Overall, they're a nice Fall or mild Winter weather jacket. The shell is a heavy brushed cotton, with a faux fur collar and liner. The front is closed by a zipper and buttons to secure a wind flap. All have "USN" on the chest and a Navy contract label in the neck.
All are marked "USN" on the chest as in the photo.
Sizing- S or M only! These were supposed to be made in generic sizes (S, M, L etc) but the manufacturer got their wires crossed and used the inch sizes.
For reasons unknown, size "Smalls" are all actually a size 36, but the meatheads put "38" labels in some of them. The labels are a lie. "Mediums" are marked 40.
The actual inch equivalents of S and M are 36R and 40R respectively.
The Model: She's 5'3", 135 lbs., with a 38" chest/ breast. She's wearing a size S (marked 36 or 38). The sleeves are a tad long on her (which she likes) but otherwise the fit is perfect.
Due to being mis-labelled and the lack of larger sizes we are closing them out. Note also that a handful had minor soiling or a chalk mark from assembly. Hence the 70% off. Closeouts, no returns.
There are no larger sizes! Guaranteed 110%. We have checked and measured them all. There are no L's, XL's or XXXL's lurking around the warehouse.
