Restored US military issue helmet liners, rebuild in jump liner configuration. We take authentic US military liners (most are WWII Westinghouse- but not every one), completely remove the old, usually rotten, suspension, clean and repaint the outside, then refit the interior with brand new, US made reproduction webbing, chinstraps, sweatbands, A-yokes, chin cups and Durable snaps.
Manufacturers: Liners may or may not be WWII. Some are postwar (1950's US), but both types are identical except for the 1/4" stamp in the crown under the suspension. We do NOT offer any maker or date choice!
Condition: These liners are not new. They are 70+ years old, and most have seen years of field duty and some combat. Most have some evidence on the liner body of past use- wear at the rim, minor warping, small nicks, chips or cracks. Many also have soldiers' names, service or unit numbers written or painted inside- we leave those intact.
Grade 2 liners will definitely have chips, cracks, small hole(s), fuzzy edges and so forth- but despite this, they are totally serviceable. They have all new interior parts, and will fit in the pot and function as a liner despite having cosmetic defects.
