Fully restored, German WWII Lafette for MG42. This is not a "rattle can" redo- this mount was fully dis-assembled, all parts steamed, cleaned, sandblasted, repainted, replated and repaired where necessary. We have tested fitted an MG42 and an MGZ to be sure everything fits and functions.
This mount only fits MG42 and its postwar derivatives. It will not take an MG34, MG15, AR15, GSG MP40 etc...
In addition to the metal parts being refinished, this mount has:
-New range firing table. This is a new reproduction we made and they have no typos or graphic errors as do most others.
-New leather pads. The back pads were restored with veg tanned leather dyed the correct medium brown and hand-stitched on.
-Original MGZ site mount.
-New carrying straps.
-A few roll pins and rivets had to be replaced with the correct types.
Converted mounts: The mount itself is a dar 1941 Lafette 34 that was converted to fit the MG42. During the War, Germany re-worked some mounts while others were done postwar by Austria and Norway. This particular mount was converted by the Austrian Bundesheer.
Freight: We have build a wooden crate for this thing so the total shipping weight is 110lbs.

The only shipping option is Fedex (regardless of what the dropdown box says.) UPS and USPS will not take this.
Shipping will be around $150 to most of the lower 48 States.
Pick up? Of course, no problem.
US only: We will not ship this outside the USA due to all the hassles with different customs rules and gun related items.
