Small pack introduced in 1944 to replace the the A-frame & Bag system. Basically a modified Artillery rucksack, these were designed to attach to the Y-straps, and had two equipment straps attached to the front of the bag to carry the Zeltbahn. Our reproductions are made exactly like the originals, with all components correctly recreated- olive linen canvas, zinc plates grommets, with hand stitched straps and reinforcements.

Note! This pack does NOT have integral shoulder straps! It is designed to attach to the Combat Y-straps.

Their capacity is greater than they appear- the "stuffed" pack in the photos contains two Zeltbahns- if one worked at it, a third might just fit.
