Postwar Dutch E-tool (identical to WW2 German sans markings) with reproduction Type 1 "box top" cover.
These were a show display for who knows how many years- the nut needs some WD40 and TLC (it's VERY hard to turn), he cover is dusty and the hardware has some corrosion. (As pictured.)
