I experimented with a couple of our Kirkman M1916 holsters- these have been aged & oiled and broken in with a 1911. The color ranges from medium to dark brown, some areas are darker than others. This is simply due to how the leather absorbed the oil- it's a physical characteristic of veg tanned leather.

Leather leg tie is included.
