Original U.S. Uniforms
All items on this page are guaranteed
original.
They may be returned at anytime if you feel they are otherwise.

Condition: We try to describe
these accurately, and we don't buy junk. However, these uniforms
are 60 years old, and most have some evidence of their age. They
are totally serviceable, and we may perform small repairs or replace
missing buttons and such where needed.
Sizing: The sizes we state are the actual factory sizes stamped
in the garments. Militaria dealers are famous for claiming "size
38S but fits a 44R! I swear!". When no tag is present, we measure
them to determine the correct size.
Size Warning: This is a huge problem with these uniforms:
These WILL NOT fit a larger size than they are marked! For example,
if you wear a 44R, you WILL NOT be able to wear a 42R. We guarantee
it. Despite these warnings, every week one or two people disregard
us and try to prove us wrong. If you order a smaller size than you
wear, we will not refund your shipping when you find us correct
and want to return it.
DON"T DO IT.
WWII Private Purchase Jumpboots
Before going any further, if you feel inclined to "correct" my judgement that these are WWII, save your energy. My cat has a dingle berry on his butt fur that you can lick off and spend your time in a more constructive way.
These boots are what most "experts" (term used sarcastically) call "Korean War" boots. They have one less pair of eyelets than "classic fer-sher WWII boots".
Why the fuss then? These are marked "Lite Mfg 1945". I had another pair of these a few years ago, and made the mistake of putting them on ebay and had to deal with dozens of emails from the weenies who "were there" in their time warp '73 Pinto. FYI, if I was going to add the marking, I'd know enough that D-Day was in 1944 and since that's the only event anyone cares about I'd be really retarded to use '45. Plus, the imbecile who stamped them forgot the month so we don't know if they were made before the end of hostilities now do we?
Realistically, Jump Boots were discontinued in 1943 and replaced by the Combat Service Boot- at least in the Army Quartermatser Catalog. However, all sorts of boots were available from private shoe companies (and at the PX) and I suspect this is one of those. I have period advertisements for all sorts of crazy footwear for soldiers.
Size 10D. Unissued. A little dry, but these should be serviceable. However, as they are 60 years old, we do NOT warranty them in any way. If you wear them once and the sole falls off, that's your problem. But these should be fine for non-field use.

Original US Army 4 Pocket Service
Coats
We found a few original service jackets in decent sizes. These are
WWII dated jackets and are in very good to excellent condition.
These all have some evidence of being 60 years old! A small stain
or moth hole is possible, but nothing major. If there are blatant
defects (moth holes on the chest, missing buttons, etc..) that will
be described in the "notes" column.
All could stand a dry clean and a pressing.
Some are stripped (devoid of insignia), but a others have a unit
patch, stripes or hash marks. We sell them as is, with whatever
insignia they happen to have!
Insignia sold separately.

US Army "Ike" Jackets
We found a few original
service jackets in decent sizes. These are WWII dated jackets (not
the M1949 models) and are in very good to excellent condition.
Most are stripped (devoid of insignia), but a couple have a unit
patch, stripes or hash marks. (No, none have original white-tongued
screaming chickens or anything like that).
Insignia sold separately.
NOTE:
If you wear a Regular, the Long will work as they are not drastically
so.

"Special". Nice condition.
1 or 2 small nips. |
"Special" is the model with the gas flap
and plain collar.
"Coat style" has a banded collar and a placket on the
front.
"Pre-War" is like coat style but also has elbow patches. |
US WWII EM Overcoats
Original melton wool overcoats. Standard issue throughout the War.
We have a mix of 1939 (brass buttons) and 1942 (plastic buttons)
coats. The condition varies from fair to excellent. All are field
serviceable and fine for re-enacting.
Yes, the prices on large sizes is abhorrent. However, they no longer
exist. Try finding one. Pakistani made repros are $200. If you want
to fuss, go get one of those.
The sizes listed are the actual factory sizes! Not the wishful thinking
that a 38 will somehow fit a 46. These are cut big, and you may
be able to wear one size smaller than you normally wear. In other
words, if you wear a 46, a 44 will probably work unless you intend
on wearing 3 layers underneath. Two sizes smaller will NOT work.
"Cut down" coats have been shortened by about 12"
by the soldiers. This was a common WWII modification (sometimes
via tailor, others via knife) as the end of the coat tended to get
wet and caked with mud in the field and became heavy and debilitating.
International Orders: These coats weigh 3.5-4 kg. Shipping will
be $50-60 to Europe and Anzacland.

Garrison Caps, Wool Miscellaneous
US Army issue overseas caps, with miscellaneous branch piping.
Some caps are WWII issue, some are the late 40's pattern with
the rectangular profile many weenies insist mean WWII airborne.
(Not the case.) The piping is nothing sexy; there's no armor,
FSSF, TD, infantry (aka paratrooper), or ranger. Just Quartermaster,
Transport, Signal Corps etc. Sold by size only. No piping choice.
We have sizes 6 7/8, 7 only.
Each $10.00

Wool Trousers, M1937 original
Original WWII "combat
serviceable" mustard wool trousers, in good to very good,
completely serviceable condition.
Most will have
a small stain or two or a small repair. An affordable
alternative to the expensive reproductions.
These are the actual sizes of the trouser. (Some dealers let
them out and then call them 2 sizes larger than they actually
are.) Various dates and makers. Our supply is VERY limited,
as large sizes are incredibly difficult to find. All of these
are very much "mustard" in color.
