Olive Drab 319 Spray Paint
After years of demands, we are finally venturing
into paint. This is a custom mix we had made for us by BLP Mobile. It
is a dead on match for an unissued M42 Firestone liner. This is the
correct, lighter shade of olive drab used on US WWII liners and helmets.
Yes, it is correct for all models of US helmets, including paratrooper
helmets. Later War helmets ('44-'45) were painted in a slightly darker
shade, but this is accurate for the entire War. Shade #319 is the one
specified in 1942 dated US QM helmet and liner specs. The paint is oil
based enamel.
Can (12 oz./ 340 g) $10.00
Case of 12 cans $75.00
Important! We can only ship paint via UPS Ground
as it is classified as a "hazardous material". We cannot ship
this to any address outside of the lower 48 states. In other words,
no Next Day or Second Day Air, no international orders and nothing to
Alaska or Hawaii.
Thank OBL and the peace loving people of Islam.

FAQ:
Q: Can I paint my Belgian/ German/ Japanese/ Klingon/ helmet, canteen,
'71 Gremlin, action dollie, little sister, doghouse, nipples, goldfish,
birthday cake etc, etc, with this paint?
A: If you can catch it and hold it down long enough to spray...yes.
Q: You are an arrogant, egotistical megalomaniac who hates reenactors.
No one is stupid enough to ask questions like this.
A: Wrong.

U.S. Helmet Liner
Sweatband
New sweatband for US WWII steel helmets.
These reproductions are identical to original wartime issue. We
had the 100% cotton HBT webbing and hardware custom made to our specs,
(copied from unissued WWII samples) and we die cut the leather strips
and assemble them here in our shop. Hardware is olive drab. Black
hardware appeared later in WWII.
These are indistinguishable from unissued originals. We are no longer
marking these in any way. The new generation is good enough to use
in mint condition original helmets as it is doubtful anyone will know
the difference.
Made in USA.

Liner Chinstrap,
Leather
Exact copies of WWII liner chinstraps. The hardware is not Belgian or
Dutch surplus; it is new reproduction made by Anchor, one of the original
W.W. II manufacturers. We had it plated in olive drab as was the hardware
on early W.W. II helmets. (Black hardware appeared late in the War.)
Assembled with Scovil brand fasteners (the cap may say "Scovil"
or "DOT" both are Scovil manufacture, so don't stroke out.)
.
$10.00
"Fit" Note:
These require a stud on the inside of the helmet liner
to attach the triangular loop to. If you are trying to use a Vietnam
or later issue US helmet liner, the only way to make these work is to
rivet them in. There is no provision in these liners for a chinstrap
as they did not use them.
