Ammunition Bandolier
Cotton poplin bandolier. These were used to issue and carry both
regular .30 cal. and .30 Carbine ammo. The 6 pockets will hold stripper
clips, 8 block clips or 15 rd. Carbine magazines. Like originals, the
shade of the fabric varies somewhat. Unmarked.
Made in USA.
$10.00 or 10/ $80.00
*WWII issue bandoliers were unmarked. Instead, there was a paper
tag in one pocket with the caliber and ammunition type. Not very practical,
but it makes our job easier.

M-1 Rigger Pouch
During WWII, US
paratroopers were constantly designing or modifying the issue US field
gear. One of the most common pieces made by the divisional riggers were
new cartridge pouches for holding 4 M-1 rifle charger blocks or 5 M-1
Carbine 15rd magazines. Our reproductions are made from OD#3 canvas
and genuine Scovil brand lift-the-dot snaps. Troopers carried 2 or 3
of these on their pistol belts.

Bazzoka Bag Patterns
While we were making the pattern for the M6 Rocket Bag, we noticed
two styles of flap. It appears that early bazooka bags only had
a single snap closure while later bags had two. I made the A.D.D.
inspired decision to make both, just in case it interests anyone.
Both were obviously in use in the ETO as the "early"
bags I have are 1942 dated and the "later" bags are
1943 dated. So, in other words, "both" is the answer
to the inevitable "which is more correct for Normandy?"
This goes for legs as well as paratroopers.
