We do this to be fair to everyone. If we give YOU the difference back for something you bought 2 weeks (or whenever) before the sale period, then why shouldn't we contact everyone else who did and do it for them as well? And what about those who bought them 2 1/2 weeks...or 3 or 4 or 12 weeks before? So, if you think that our policy of strictly adhering to our sale dates is amounts to screwing you over, then I can solve this problem by never putting anything on sale again...

Sewing charges will still apply if you want us to sew stuff on your HK Harry outfit. Alterations are not free. Also, the 30% restock fee to all "sewn" returns or exchanges still applies. Once we sew patches on a uniform, it and the patches instantly becomes "used". So, please be absolutely certain of the model, size and insignia you actually need or it'll cost you. Delay Advisory! This sewing offer will cause a back up in our sewing department. So, there will be unavoidable delays in shipping uniforms having stuff sewn on. 3-5 business days on average. Plan on an extra week. Don't worry, the Gap isn't for a couple of months. I think we can manage that. Demanding "overnight" shipping won't speed up the sewing- only the delivery once it gets done.Gina overcharged some people on Monday and Tuesday for US wool trousers, Jackboots, German Shirts and US chinstraps.
