Online Ordering

Please read the following before proceeding to the online order form.
These important notes are here for you to help prevent confusion, misunderstandings and the resultant aggravation.

Customers are responsible for all mistakes and multiple submissions!

1. Submit your order only once! We have had a deluge of impatient types who place the same order as many as 6 times. If you do this, you will get 6 orders and you will be liable for shipping in all directions. Submit each order only once. You will NOT receive a confirmation email, number, letter, phone call, podcast, voice mail or any other notification. Yes, feel free to call during business hours to check on it if you're worried. Or shoot us a seperate e mail asking for your tracking details.

2. Be sure that you have selected the Shipping Option that you want. We will follow your instructions. If you "accidentally" hit the "UPS Next Day Air" option, you are responsible for the charges.

3. Make sure your information is complete. Again, we get several angry tirades each week from customers who cannot understand why they haven't received their order. The fact that they failed to specify a size, a credit card expiration date and opted not to leave a working email address is beyond their scope of comprehension.



Processing/ FAQ

1. Yes, the form is secure.

2. No, we do not send confirmation numbers or emails.

3. Clicking the "Submit" button does NOT automatically process your credit card and engage robots to toss your stuff in a box. It sends us the form in an email. When we get to work, we print it out, run the card, then pull and pack it like any other order.

4. ATF is closed Saturdays and Sundays. We are closed from 7 PM until 10 AM every evening. UPS does not deliver on weekends. The consequences of these facts should be obvious.

5. Please use your "normal" working email address so we are able to contact you in the event of a problem.

6. Most US orders should arrive within one week of being placed, provided the item(s) is in stock and the information you supplied is correct.

7. EMS International orders are shipped the following morning of your order and take 1-2 weeks from then to arrive. Email orders sent late on Thursday may not be processed in time to be shipped the following day!
