M40 SS Overseas Cap
Field gray wool overseas cap worn by all troops of the Waffen SS througout the War. The SS had a slightly different pattern cap than that worn by the army. The cut was slimmer- identical in pattern to that worn by the Luftwaffe.
No insignia.

This is our standard M43 cap with machine sewn Army BeVo trapezoid, fold-down ear flaps with cloth loops, original WW II green metal buttons, and khaki twill lining. Insignia are factory applied, before the lining is sewn in. RB-numbered and size-marked on the lining. Made in USA.
